Beasties, read this amazing review of Alexandra’s show live at Donegal last night. Over 2,000 people turned up to see our girl perform and judging from the review, every one of them were absolutely loving it.
An estimated 2,000 turned up last night to see the 2008 X Factor star perform – and what a performance. “It was amazing,” one woman told us. “She was lovely, no nonsense, just a really down to earth lady and a very talented singer,” the fan from Dunkineely stated.
This morning Ernan McGettigan, one of the key people behind bringing the Donegal Live event to Donegal town commented: “I wouldn’t say we are disappointed (with the attendance), definitely not, far from it.”
“She put on an amazing show and with 2,000 people there we were happy with those figures. We expect to draw good crowds to the other music events tonight and tomorrow – we are offering amazing value for money and our ethos is to give people that value for money and a really good experience, so we are happy with how things are very going.”
