Here is part 2 of the Haiti Video Blog that we’ve been waiting for. Alexandra speaks more on the situations faced there after the earthquake and how we all need to keep Haiti in our thoughts. Christmas and 2009

Wow. Time has just flown by!! Where has 2009 gone? We’re coming into another year soon and Christmas is around the corner. I’m counting down the days!! Who’s made a snow man yet!? Lol.

I now have a couple of days off for Christmas and believe me its been so busy rushing around for Christmas and getting the pressie’s in!!! But, if I’m honest I’m so excited that this might be my FIRST white Christmas!! I’m making my snowman this week and I’ve even had a snow fight! I’m such a big kid, its unreal!!! smile

When I look back at this year there’s so many things that make me happy, like performing for you guys on all these different shows, getting a number one single and album, meeting the Queen, performing on X factor and many many more things, so thanks again to you all for making that possible!!

I really do hope that 2010 unfolds to be a year like this year, believe me, I will continue to keep working hard for you and most of all having fun while doing it!! smile

Well, before this year ends I wanted to say, Merry Christmas to you all, and a big big thank you to you all for all your support and Love this year, with supporting my album and my single Badboys. And for those who don’t know my new single Broken Heels is out in January 2010!! I really hope you guys love the song as much as me and the video too wink

Despite her busy schedule today for the LITTLE NOISE CONCERT, Alex took some time out to blog and update us with all the latest news on her end. Here’s what she said:

Hey guys!!

Thought I would do another blog for you all. There’s been SO much going all, and it kind of feels like its all happening so so fast! But once again thank you to u all for your love and support!! =) I’m having the most amazing time of my life and that’s thanks to you all.

First of all, I was so gutted that the Birmingham christmas lights got cancelled! But health and safety has to come first! So I pray and hope that no one was seriously injured. And those who came down to see the show, don’t worry!! There will be plenty more!
I’m so nervous because I’m doing my first mini concert today for Mencap charity! Its such a great cause I’m so happy to be apart of it. I hope it turns out to be a great show, I’m so scared but excited!! I will let you know how it goes guys!

As some of u may know, the next single is Broken Heels! Its actually one of my favorite songs on the album! I’m shooting the video for broken heels in LA this week! Hi Guys!

Wow. I can’t believe it’s this moment where the album is finished and out! I can’t believe I got number 1 with my single and album! I am SO overwhelmed and so grateful to you guys. Thank you so much to everyone who has bought Overcome and Badboys. It means so much to me. I honestly feel so happy and I realise I’m a very lucky girl! I will continue to always work hard for you all and make you all smile and hopefully make you all proud.

Everything has been crazy, it’s been a lot of hard work but at the same time so exciting and fun! As cheesy as it sounds I wake up everyday with a BIG smile on my face because I’m doing everything I’ve dreamed of and more!! I can’t believe I was able to go to the MOBO awards, Pride of Britian awards and the GQ awards. They were all amazing to go to, especially the Pride of Britian awards. That was the most inspiring night of my life. Very life changing and taught me so much.

I’m going away to America again very soon to record the video for the second single! So that should be so much fun once again!! Woo!!

Alex has written a new blog entry on Official Website about the new music video which was shot yesterday in LA! Check out what our girl had to say about the whole process:

HEY HEY HEY Guys!!

Wow. I’m about to go to bed but I know it’s now the morning for you all in the UK. And I noticed I NEEDED to do a new blog before i shoot the video for Bad Boys!! grin I’m now in LA. I have been here for a couple of days rehearsing for the new video and I cannot begin to explain how amazing it’s all going and how excited I am to do you all proud.

I just celebrated my 21st birthday, firstly THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR THE BEAUTIFUL MESSAGES!! I love you all so much.. And was very much overwhelmed by all the messages and some gifts I received! grin I went out to Nobu in London with the family and close friends, and then I headed to a private party!! I had the best birthday ever!!! The next big celebration will be the album launch! AND THATS THE ONE I CAN NOT WAIT FOR!!

On my birthday I did a lot of press interviews on the radio to promote the single, the first airplay of it was on Radio one, on the Chris Moyles show! Now, that was amazing!! He is such a lovely guy and he made me feel very welcome, as they all did.. especially because it was my birthday too! grin

The album isn’t finished yet, there are still a few more little touches to do and I think we’ll all be very happy. I just hope YOU guys will be happy too!! Oh and I found out I’ve been nominated for a MOBO! HOW AMAZING IS THAT? I’m so excited about everything and I swear I’m going to keep working very hard to make everyone happy!

OMG! Alexandra posted a brand new blog entry earlier today and she filled us all in on the album process and everything. She also let us know that the first single is nearly chosen and she will be flying to Los Angeles to shoot the music video very soon! Its all happening guys and I for one am HELLA excited!

Wow, it’s been a while since I’ve done a blog, so I thought I’d do another one as the time is near! *Smile*Things have been very hectic, working very very hard!! But having so much fun at the same time.

I cannot wait to share my music with you all…that time is not far away! It’s unreal how excited I am! We have nearly chosen what the first single is going to be and I’m extremely happy with it..

I fly to LA very soon to shoot the video and do loads more finishing touches on everything. And guess what, the BIG 21st is on its way.. WOOOO! I’m having a small do for that which should be nice and fun. I can’t wait!

I hope you are all enjoying the summer, and if you’re off school and on your holidays, enjoy it, time will go very fast! A big congrats to my boys JLS on their number one single! Alexandra released a statement via her official myspace about the loss of one of her favorite singers & icon, Michael Jackson.

I am deeply saddened by the news of Michael as he was my musical hero. He changed the music industry and made it what it is today. My prayers are with him and his family at this time. He will be missed dearly.

Hope you’re all well?
It’s been a crazy couple of weeks and I wanted to fill you all in!

Well as you all know I went to Beyonce’s concert, she was playing at the O2 and she was out of this world!! She made me realise how hard I want to work to achieve my dreams. She is such an inspiration! I saw her backstage before the show and i introduced her to my Mum. LOL. Well, let’s just say it wasn’t me crying this time!

I’ve been working with the most amazing producers while I’ve been in London and I’m so happy, the songs are sounding so cool. I can’t wait for you all to hear the goodies.

I also went back to NY for a couple of days, the weather was not that great but it was cool being back in the studio with the amazing Stargate!
Anyway, I hope you are all well and enjoying the summer.

Hey guys!

Wow! So sorry its taken me a while to do a blog since I’ve been home,
but I went straight into the studio and I’ve been loving every minute
of it! It feels SO good to be home!

Can you believe that as soon as I landed, I started clapping on the
plane! (I was the only one doing that) but it just felt amazing to be
on UK soil.

LA ,San Francisco and NY were all great and I can’t wait to go back
there! Next time I want to try and go to a theme park though Lol. I
haven’t been to one in ages and I hear the ones out there are the best.

I can’t believe how fast this year has gone. I hope you’re all
enjoying your summer!

I Can’t wait for this album to be finished so you all can hear the
songs. I’m having an amazing time creating it. This is a real dream!

If any of you guys are going away for the summer then have an amazing

Alexandra, while out shopping in San Francisco did a new video blog for everyone. Firstly I hope you are all well… It’s now Spring, which means it’s nearly SUMMER! WOOHOO! I always get excited around this time of the year! I hear the weather in the UK has been really good so far! So, i cant wait to come home and enjoy sunshine in London, because thats really rare. LOL!

I’ve been mega busy over here in the USA. I’m working with the most amazing people. To me they’re legends of the music world, and I feel so blessed to even be in their presence! So I’m taking this moment, to say thank you to all of the people I’m working with.I flew my sister and aunty out to LA last week, which was so amazing having them here! we had such a great time together and I love that they can be here with me and see what i am doing. I’ve missed home so much, so having them here made it so special.

I’ve been twittering LOADS to make sure that you guys know what’s going on and to those who are following me, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT!I’M ADDICTED to twitter, if you haven’t noticed already! lol… But it’s the only way i know that i can keep you all updated!

LA is such a beautiful place, and the weather is amazing too. I’m now in San Francisco, The weather here is beautiful too, but it’s so different to LA, it’s not so busy here. To me, San Francisco is PERFECT.. lol.

I went to American Idol last week and that experience was out of this world… and you know what is so exciting about LA, everywhere you go you see someone famous! LOL! And you guys know how i am, i start freaking out!! I get so star struck… and i think people find me ever so slightly mad! haha! But it’s all fun! I haven’t been brave enough to go up to anyone i see in the streets.. but one day i might find the courage!
