Earlier today, Alexandra’s PR team released a statement, confirming that the upcoming “Lady Sings The Blues” Royal Albert Hall & Chickenshed shows have been postponed, due to high demand. Alex has also released a statement via Twitter regarding the unfortunate news.

“Statement re: @alexandramusic: “Due to an overwhelming demand for tickets, Alexandra Burke has decided to postpone her June ‘Lady Sings The Blues’ concerts and re-schedule the performances for later this year, at additional venues. Tickets for the six dates at the Royal Albert Hall’s Elgar Room sold out within hours, with many fans disappointed, so these new dates, to be announced soon, will allow more fans to see and enjoy the shows.” ”

She came in for a chat about her new single, Elephant, in which she sings “small talk, small talk, you wanna play?” so we asked her what she was like at making small talk… ‘Rubbish’ was her answer – so we put it to the test!
